There was an older lady who just kept looking at us and not walk up to us and ask us to take our order. There are so many creative sandwich options that it's hard to choose a favorite, but the Chicken Salad BLT and the Manhattan Classic with smoked salmon are definitely among the top contenders. The staff is very friendly, too. We visit every time we see our son at school, and we've never been disappointed! In fact, we just ordered 3 pounds of chicken salad to take home with us. The only downside is that they’re five hours away from where we live!
Firefly Bagels has become highly suggested for a great breakfast to have fresh and delicious. The lunch menu offers traditional and nontraditional options, I found great ?. Tuesdays dinner welcomes family's to take a break from cooking .I definitely had a great experience ,staff is friendly and helpful in suggestions and timely.

She then said well too bad you came too late because it was around 1 o’clock. I heard her about 20 seconds before that take a phone order to use that last everything bagel. So if we were waited On when we should’ve been I would’ve got that everything bagel. Don’t get me wrong the bagels are very good but just need a little help on the Customer Service side.
I am thrilled to have an amazing bagel shop in Olean, NY. Their bagels are truly some of the best I've ever had in my life, and I've been around for 53 years! My favorite is the Manhattan sandwich on a pretzel bagel—it's the only place in town and the surrounding area where you can find a sandwich with lox, capers, red onion, fresh dill, black garlic dill cream cheese, and tomato. The staff is also very friendly!
Excellent food everything is quality quick fast service. As close as you can get to a NYC style bagel here in Olean! Soup, bagels, wraps, tuna/chicken salad, ids menu too way beyond just breakfast
