Very bad customer service. If there was a 0, I would give it. eating was absolutely inflammatory and no mild, hot or medium sauce in a Mexican restaurant for tacos? no personality of a waitress, the service was simply disappointing. I do not recommend anyone coming here unless they want their waiter children to play games with the loudness up, kick the plastic baskets on the floor, and burping. very unprofessional and not the feeling that welcomed when my family belongs their own restaurant and I never leave bad reviews .

I wrote this review in the hope to help el sombrero and not hurt her. I love eating Mexicans and appreciate having el sombrero in our community. I have been patronin for years and to be honest, it was always a little hit and miss. Lately, all my commands are taking into account the fact that they have not set themselves on the order of day. they are always dirty and tasted. even the carnitas (which I felt were a reliable order) were reconsidered and difficult to chew. the sauces are less tasteful and they do not give them enough of it. I ordered enchiladas verdes and it was barely covered with verde sauce that according to my opinion, what makes the court and was why I ordered it. You know, I had a great meal here and I want to see it again. I really hope el sombrero takes the time to work on these.

The California burrito. it had no guac or be on it as it said. husband didn't get tortillas with his eating as he should and no one came to see if we need anything at all.

This family-owned restaurant is beautifully decorated with murals, embroidered blouses, sombreros, and lucha libre wrestling masks. The menu is extensive, featuring house specials and combination plates from various regions including Veracruz-style seafood, Puebla mole with chicken, and American southwest/Sonoran enchilada-taco-tamale. The refried beans are creamy and flavorful, and the spiciness of the dishes can be adjusted upon request. Mexican beers and margaritas are offered, although Jarritos are currently unavailable. Unfortunately, horchata is not on the menu. Overall, the food is delicious and prepared with care.
