We have been more or less regular guests in the silk spa for a few years. Why? So far every dish we have eaten there was just delicious. Bioproducts are of course very important to us, but also regionality is respected (e.g. in meat). Particularly noteworthy is the excellent seasonal map. Not recommended if you wait 90 minutes for the food and then it comes out of the kitchen. Then a completely overprice for a not very saturated portion. That would have been better cooked at home. The apology was there, but I don't think it's gonna do anything. My conclusion never again!!!!!!!! View all feedback.
