The only reason I didn't give this restaurant 4 stars is because of the price—each plate costs $18. I understand that BBQ isn't exactly cheap these days, but the flavor was excellent. The fried okra was a bit overcooked and crunchy; they always prepare it this way, so if you’re not a fan, make sure to let them know beforehand. I stood in line for almost 10 minutes waiting for service, and despite there being eight people behind the counter, no one attended to me while I was the only person waiting. Not a single staff member acknowledged me or offered a simple greeting, like “Please wait a moment, sir.” There was absolutely no communication or customer service.
