They did it right!!! I use to run a wingstop in Tracy CA and let me tell you. The wings I received where the right temp, right amount of sauce, ranch was fresh had to been prepped that morning and my food was done before 21 mins. The chicken was overcooked and quite dry. The wings weren't tossed properly with the sauce; it felt more like the sauce was just poured on top. Additionally, the wait time exceeded what was indicated when I placed my order, and the restaurant was quite crowded. View all feedback.

Where is the manager during all of this? It’s quite concerning. After witnessing this on a daily basis, I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone until they have better management and a general manager who pays attention to what’s happening in the store. As a manager at a different establishment, I know my staff appreciates my guidance, and I make sure to address hygiene and safety issues. If I were in charge here, you would definitely see improvements.
The older gentleman provided excellent customer service! He gave me precise wait times and was spot-on throughout my visit. He offered me a drink carrier and explained the different flavors, including what pairs best with the honey mustard. This was my first time trying the food, and I will definitely return! I really appreciated the freshness of the real potatoes!
This location is always messing up my food. One time I found a hair in my food and like an idiot, I go back. This time they got all my flavors wrong. People in this industry complain about how much they get paid but frankly, they deserve to gey paid less, if they dont like doing what they do, they should find something else. My boyfriend and I come to this location a lot. Today was the first time we’ve received BAD food. The chicken was very old and gross. We called and they immediately offered to remake the food or give us credit. We chose to have the food remade. Andrew, the manager was very kind and helpful with the situation. He showed us the fresh food when we arrived to make sure we were satisfied and also offered us some free brownies. I really appreciate how the situation was handled and his kindness.
