I was seated immediately! 1851 Fish and chips were excellent. The best ones I tasted in Salt Lake or Ogden. Perfect crunchy batter with flaky white white fish. It would have been 5 stars but the side of garlic and Parmesan fries didn't stay hot very long and I had to ask the waitress for fry sauce twice before she brought some.
