This has been a Hidden Gem in the heart of Oconomowoc for decades. Their Polish sausage is unmatched by anybody in Wisconsin. Their beef sticks and summer sausage are absolutely phenomenal. What Chelsea Zastrow doesn't like about Sausage Haus Meat Deli:
We had 3 pigs processed here this past fall. The hams were not cured properly, hams were cut and hamsteaks sliced, easy to see that they weren’t done properly but they wrapped them and didn’t say anything. When we brought one in to show them we were told they’d process for free next time, but I can’t chance having another 3 pigs worth of ruined meat. Bacon also turned out awful.
