Nature's Table seems to struggle with both service and food quality. Guests frequently report an unwelcoming atmosphere driven by staff rudeness and mishandled orders. Despite a clean environment, issues such as incorrect hours and long wait times for simple requests, like toasting a sandwich, detract from the experience. Many patrons find the food overpriced and lacking in taste, leading to strong dissatisfaction. The food is excellent and very fresh. The smoothies are fantastic! The service is also outstanding.
I had a dreadful experience with the customer service. I asked three different staff members to toast my sandwich, but it still came out untoasted. One cashier was busy making coffee while another was counting her cash register. I ended up waiting 15 minutes for my sandwich.
The posted hours are incorrect, and the staff were quite rude. They claimed to close at 6 PM but refused to serve us at 5:45 PM. The place appears clean, but that's likely because they hardly serve any food. I'm not sure how they manage to stay in business with such unfriendly employees.
I frequently order from Nature's Table at work, but this time I was really disappointed with the tuna sandwich they sent. The bread was tough, and the cheese looked very old. When I called to complain, the person on the phone was difficult to understand and refused to connect me to a manager, instead continuing to argue about the sandwich. After waiting 45 minutes, I ended up with a tough, stale sandwich—so frustrating and disappointing.
