The Rochester St location does not exist so we walked a little farther to this one between 2nd and 3rd Street. My daughter has allergies so the 4 non dairy ice options was great! They also have regular hard dipped ice cream and the big waffle cones are only $1 extra. This location does not have seating. The one farther up the boards does have seating inside.
