Unfortunately, we were disappointed, on Sunday 27.8. My son had fried ermine from the menu and it wasn't good at all, maybe it wasn't even salted, I tasted it. I put the liver on the grill with potatoes. The potatoes were undercooked and the liver was like concrete. We didn't finish even though we were hungry... and at least I'm not a glutton.
