Die besten Zeiten des Kandlerwirts sind schon länger vorbei. Ich weiß nicht woran es liegt, entweder hat der Betreiber gewechselt oder die Bedienung: Von dem früheren typisch bayerischen Wirtshaus ist wenig übrig geblieben. Und ich war das erste Mal vor 19 Jahren da. Das Personal findet sich toller als die Gäste und da hört es für mich auch schon auf. Service sollte freundlich sein und kompetent und nicht arrogant.
