The exterior of the restaurant, housed in a former bank building, features the original granite façade and large windows. Coast restaurant in Oban is a must-visit spot for seafood lovers. The attentive staff and excellent food make for a wonderful dining experience. While some minor points like the bread basket or interior design could be improved, the quality of dishes like scallops, halibut, fillet steak, langoustines, and more shine through. The Lite Bite menu offers a great deal with delicious options like butternut risotto and salmon. COVID measures are in place to ensure a safe dining experience. Overall, Coast is a fantastic restaurant in Oban that shouldn't be missed for those seeking fine dining in a cozy atmosphere.
We went for the light bites' menu. It was filling enough that we only needed starter and main. Very reasonably priced and great service. The food was delicious and they had a fine selection of Whisky.
A Fantastic restaurant in Oban. Staff were great, ambiance was fantastic and food perfect. If you're stopping in Oban and you like fine dining this is a must. Unfortunately we only discovered this place on our night... we would easily have gone here for the eves in a row.

We ordered seafood dishes and we loved them. The spices are light, but the taste is delicious. This restaurant received a Michelin star in 2016 and 2018.
