They usually do a great job, but over the past year, we've had a few issues with our orders. Today, I specifically requested no vegetables for our sub, but they accidentally added toppings. When we politely brought this to their attention, they claimed to have "fixed" it. However, all they did was remove some of the toppings, leaving the tomatoes on the Italian sub.
