Have loved Brotzeit for years. Today’s lunch was ever so disappointing. Waitress takes order including requests for no tarter sauce, extra plate for sharing, etc. Server delivers order, but has no knowledge of requests. Fries arrive cold and soggy. Fish undercooked.
