I was thrilled to discover a Mexican restaurant with a vegan menu! It's definitely a rarity. I tried the vegan enchiladas and they were delicious. The chips and salsa were also great, especially with the addition of the tomatillo sauce to the salsa. My partner ordered the chilaquiles and he really enjoyed them.
