I had some issues with the app and the company, but after speaking with the manager, who happened to be the same person who has always provided excellent service in the past, my faith in the business was restored. The manager promptly addressed our problems and apologized for the inconvenience. My friend spent $35 on a mobile order at this restaurant. We waited for a solid 15-20 minutes after my friend's 10-hour work shift only to be told that we couldn't eat the food he paid for. We even showed them proof of the purchase, but it seemed unimportant to them. This situation was absolutely ridiculous as the order worked all day without any issues. View all feedback.
