Usually Potbelly in Oak Creek is really good, but today was awful. The restaurant was dirty when I picked up my order. I got a chicken salad salad, and the chicken salad was half frozen and covered in salt. Totally inedible. Super upset with this because we go there a lot. Hopefully they get back to better quality.
