What ArnoudG doesn't like about Bosque-mar:
Had dinner here twice because we slept in the excellent hotel. Restaurant is nothing special though, with lots of faulty cooking like a sea food risotto made with basmati rice, an overcooked turbot (what a waste) , a very watery 'port sauce ' on my filet and a crema catelana with half of the sugar crystals still lying on top.
