I was not satisfied with the wash I received. I opted for the deluxe wash, but it didn't remove bugs, road grime, or bird droppings. I'm relieved that it was complimentary, as I would have been disappointed to spend $15.50 on it. Aside from some surface dust on the back, my car looks just as dirty as it did before the wash.
