Absolutely the best 2 michelin star restaurant. 200% recommended. I have been to many one star michelin restaurants, some two and very few three. The concept and service of ETZ did blow my mind. Open kitchen concept, absolutely friendly staff and amazing food is 5 out of 5 recommendation worthy. Thnk you Felix for amazing experience.
One of the best restaurants I've had the pleasure of experiencing. It's awarded 2 stars meaning it's worth the detour but for me it's clearly 3 stars worth the trip. Fermentation experts who give you a little journey into this world. And at the beginning I thought OK, you have to maintain a little class here until the relaxed attitude of Schorsche the Somali suddenly spiced up the visit a little more. Mega valuable time a short culinary trip that I've been talking about for a long time since the visit to ETZ. And the visit lasted from 5:45 p.m. to just before midnight.
Dear etz team, Even after a week, I still don't have the words to even begin to describe the culinary experience you offered us. That's why I don't even try it and look forward to the next visit with my family. The culinary power was only surpassed by the discreet but loving and always attentive service in a very harmonious ambience. Thank you for the great children's creation that your kitchen conjured up. We also listened to the rock music with a big smile on our faces. Thanks alot. I recommend a visit to everyone and encourage you to enjoy the juice accompaniment on offer. A dream!
I love the concept behind the etz so much regional, seasonal and a lot of things grown myself or collected together in a team in the forest. The evening was beautifully designed, the ingredients and especially the wines were well and excitingly selected. I haven't been drinking wine for long and so far it hasn't been a good match with food, which I've always thought was a shame, so it was great to experience how different notes wine can have and how the same wine can sometimes taste the same with everything you eat changed
