The fish and chips and scallops were of poor quality at Chaplins restaurant. We informed the staff and were offered a refund, which we accepted. However, instead of granting us the refund as promised, we were offered more food. We reiterated that we would prefer the refund, as £15.00 was quite expensive for uneaten food.
