What Onlythetruth doesn't like about Steak 'n Shake:
I only order the chicken fingers from Steak n Shake, and they used to be amazing, the best around. I've had trouble with the Lake Mary location with drive through orders. I get shorted or they aren't cooked enough. I've even spoken to the general manager there, which was a waste of time. Employees at the window are lacking as well.
