I am still standing in the lobby as we speak. It has been 25 minutes. We ordered online and they told us 40 minutes, we then showed up 45 minutes later. So that 25....now 30 minutes of waiting. All we want is communication and there is none. We are not unrealistic to know it is busier certain times, hence showing up later than we were told.
