I had to go out of my way to visit another location after they refused to fulfill my order because they didn't know how to process it. It's absolutely ridiculous. When I worked at Dunkin' Donuts, if we had the ingredients, we made sure to get the customer's order right and sorted it out on our end—after all, that's not the customer's problem.
