During our visit it wasn't very busy. A DJ was playing some nice music and we were greeted by a nice server. The overall appearance was and it was clean. The worst customer service ever. Management takes zero accountability for lack of structure and staff issues. Instead blame guest for showing up. Almost two hours for drinks.
