I placed an online group order and was asked to choose a pick up. The options were 11:30am, 11:45am or 12pm. I chose 12pm and as I hit submit, I wanted to move the time to 11:45. I called the restaurant to make the update and I was told they were too busy even though that was an option when I was placing the order.
