what a lunch, dishes kept coming one after the other. the sort of place you go to for the quality of the food, not for the fluff that often comes in restaurant. the focus is mainly on the ingredient and local products, not so much on presentation. from the carne crudo with lemon to the veal with tuna sauce, it was an excellent lunch. After being in Piedmont region of Italy for a long time, sincerely my expectations were bit high when I had my lunch in this restaurant. They serve classic dishes of this region and in old style with a big platter, perhaps that's applied more to a mass service and not for a few covers restaurant like Due Ciance.
