I went to this restaurant for dinner with a group of 11 people. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when I explained that my daughter has a milk allergy. Chelsea came out with a list of all allergens and offered to have the chef cook and keep her food separate. The service was excellent, and I will definitely be returning in the future. Not much food in stock, went with the chicken and it was undercooked and now have food poisoning. The mash potato was so dry and beans was over powered with bbq Sauce. Wish I now looked at reviews before going as this looks like a common thing. View all feedback.

I visited this restaurant for the second time in a month, and I can hardly believe it, but the food was even better this time. The service at the bar was fast with no hassle, and opening a tab was easy. The steak was incredible, it literally melted in my mouth. I can't understand why this place isn't busier. The food was delicious, the service was great, and the prices were just right. I will definitely be going back again. I've lived in this area since 1979 and I can't believe how amazing this pub is once again.

We have tried this pub a few times but have now decided not to go back as the service and the food are not very good which is a pity as its our local and could be very convenient.
Visited for Sunday lunchtime, didn't realise it was no longer part of the Hungry Horse chain. Very p!easantly surprised. Varied menu, something for everyone at reasonable prices. The Sunday lunch (lamb) came with all the trimmings and fresh vegetables -very well received. The fajitas were spicy, steak and chicken, and the mixed grill was good too. All portion sizes were generous and the food was served piping hot. Service was swift and attentive. Jack Rabbit wine at under £8 a bottle washed it all down a treat. Compliments to your chef and staff, keep up the good work. We'll be back....
