Townside catered my wedding about 2 years ago. Food was nothing like it was when we did a tasting. Mashed potatoes did not have any milk/cream or butter in them. They tasted like boiled potatoes just mashed and put in a pan. Baked herb chicken had no flavor. We also ordered chicken skewers that were to have a dipping sauce.
