2 years ago I would have given Fazoli's a two-star rating because, without warning, they removed our favorite menu item: the submarino. We were so pleased when they brought them back! Fazoli's meals are always hot, fresh, and served with a smile. Kudos to the drive-thru staff for their accuracy and efficiency. Going to Fazoli's for a midweek lunch is always a special treat. ?.

The only reason I’m giving this 3 stars is because there was a young lady named lily that seemed to be doing everything. Cashier, bussing, serving etc. meanwhile the “manager of sorts” was noticeably absent when help was needed the most. one employee ,possible kitchen employee was standing around holding a tissue to her nose in a pathetic attempt for attention.
