Customer service is good but the food is not. I went there because I like Asiago cheese bagels and brown bag deli which is down the street only has plain bagels. I ordered a toasted Asiago bacon egg and cheese with only ONE egg, salt pepper ketchup. This was the worst $5.49 I ever spent!
