The food at this restaurant was excellent, and I appreciate the owner's dedication to taking care of the kitchen staff by adding 5% to the bill. However, the timing of food delivery was a bit off. We ordered cocktails and our meals at the same time, expecting to have some time to enjoy our drinks before the food arrived.
