I had the medium-sized special beef pho that comes in delicious broth, thin noodles, various types of beef such as beef, beef ball, trunk and green onions. Lime, bean sprouts and basil on the side. Absolutely terrible customer service. Order for pickup and was told by app, it was ready. shown; the staff said in 5 minutes?. Waited 10 minutes, standing in the store. I asked again, ?5 more minutes?, they say while they run around serving sitting customers. I was ignored. The third time I ask, no food yet. I got a refund from Doordash.
