Food is inconsistent. I have had a couple good sandwiches here before so I averaged my 5* experience with a 1* experience and gave them a 3*. Chicken parm sandwich was over cooked and dry. We also got the truffle fries which were soggy. We got there at 11:30 and it took over a half an hour to get 2 sandwiches and fries.
