The drive-thru moves rather quickly even if it looks backed up. Parking is a challenge because adjacent is Power Yoga and when they have their patrons there they take over the whole parking lot. I walked in to get a cup of coffee this morning. Seven people working behind Register/counter. Not one of them acknowledged me stood there for about two minutes with nothing walked out. Apparently manager there does not know how to make his employees have good customer service. Seven people there. There should be no reason for nobody to stand around and wait at the register.
