As a retired restaurant owner I was appalled. Served yesterday's coffee, told waitress coffee was cold she had cook warm it up rather than make a new pot. Food came jelly was spoiled had to ask for new toast. Half way through my omelet I found a hair cooked into food showed waitress (owners daughter)She took plate never offered to replace or apologize.
