Well this was a first time for me in many ways First off, it was the first time I used an app to order my pizza. Secondly, a first time I ordered from papa John's here in Virginia. first it said that my pizza was delivered, but it wasn't. then I called the load and asked me to speak with a manager, and I was taken into the grip and they never returned to my call. then my pizza arrived an hour later and it was cold. I commanded by papa john all the time and I never had service so bad. View all feedback.
