this location is smack dab in the middle of both my jobs so naturally a great option for a solid lunch in between. sandwiches are AAHHHMAZING every time but one visit I online ordered the new cold brew shake and they were unfortunately out when i arrived. the manager was so apologetic and wanted to make up even tho I was more than fine. he really made me feel something ?? This was my family I first time coming to Potbelly. As we explained this to the you lady with the bandana on she still continued to make me and my family feel incompetent for asking questions.
