Owners response is correct. She did ask what she could do to fix it. We simply saw no fix that would make this an enjoyable lunch for us. We paid our bill and left. Others may enjoy her food and long waits when other tables were served ahead of us. It was just not for us and we could not recommend it. Do not recommend.
