The sandwich was not prepared the way I requested. It wasn't even prepared as the menu described. Because of the way it was packaged it was cold and soggy. I expected cold....but soggy? The sandwich wouldn't get soggy if you didn't serve it open faced. Just send it wrapped in paper. The fries were undercooked and soggy. View all feedback.
