I only went once but I know someone who worked there , the customers are mainly daily customers and the workers know your order just by seeing your face, even if you aren’t a daily customer they still treat you with politeness and respect, you also get quick service you don’t have to wait more than 5 minutes for a coffee compared to other Dunkin’s I’ve been to View all feedback.

Went to get a bagel and was looked at unkindly for being a masculine female as entire staff proceeded to make fun of me in their language not knowing that I understand their language. Made me feel very embarrassed and uncomfortable when I was merely being respectful and kind. This company should truly work on diversity and inclusion. View all feedback.
