Customers for over 20 yrs. My mom goes in to order a slice and didn 't hear the guy making the pies say her slice was ready. When she went to go get it, the guy threw her slice and said it 's cold now. My mom said, I 'm sorry I didn 't hear you. He responded, What 's your point?
