The restaurant offers a mix of traditional French dishes and more modern Vietnamese-inspired cuisine. Some reviewers have experienced disappointing wait times and issues with food quality, while others have raved about the attentive service and delicious meals. The atmosphere is described as noisy but not unpleasant, with a great selection of wines. Overall, it seems that the restaurant has its ups and downs, but many diners have had excellent experiences and plan to return.
What Jacquelyn Hill likes about Cliche:
Booked for dinner not realising its was Bastille day as well and restaurant was fully booked. Had a nice booth upstairs with friends. BYO $15 and after discussion we agreed to the sample menu and were not dissapointed. .Ample food and great variety. Attentive service and although there was a little wait in the middle not a problem really and the staff did apologise. Would return here for sure View all feedback.
What Ubaldo Maggio doesn't like about Cliche:
Very disappointed Waited 2 hours for main course . We ordered extra bread as we were hungry and charged $3 for 4 small pieces . Took clients there from interstate very embarrassing. Will not be returning . View all feedback.
