Improved, but not stellar. They recently tore down and rebuilt this location from the ground up. The old location was frequently out of food and the staff was uninterested in doing much of anything. I would frequently end up with free drinks or side items, I'm still not sure why. everyone she has come to make sure that I have been getting the worst KFC experience in my life of the food from the workers and the manager, this is absolutely unacceptable I went to kfc free day and ordered the original recipe family meal and she said that it was not ready to wait 30 minutes I came back and she had my hunchy place and it was not the original recipe that View all feedback.
My husband went thru the drive thru and ordered a family chicken strip dinner with 4 biscuits, large mashed potato and gravy, and a large mac n cheese. As I bit into my serving of macan cheese i discovered a small plastic hair-tie in my mouth. I was thoroughly disgusted and needless to say it ruined my appetite and dinner all together. I decided to call KFC and when I told the manager what had happened to me he asked was I sure I had went to that particular resteraunt. (It is the one closest to our home) I said yes I was sure and he then said that no one working with him that day had long hair or was wearing any hair ties. He was basically calling me a liar and I said as much to him. He then continued to tell me there was no way it had come from his store. I asked him if he had a manager over him that I could talk to and he said his manager wouldn't be there until Tuesday 2/9/2016 during the day. I said to him I was going to call his manager because he was refusing to be helpful to me and he said go ahead mam have a nice day and hung up on me. I am furious with the treatment I recieved from him and until something is done about this I will no longer dine KFC anywhere.

After avoiding this restaurant for a year due to poor service, we decided to give it another chance last week for their delicious Chicken sandwich. We were pleasantly surprised by the improvement in service with new employees. The staff was friendly and professional, and the food was well-prepared, fresh, and hot. We are happy to add KFC back to our list of preferred fast food options. Thank you, KFC!
If I could give 0 stars, I would! I ordered from this place with Uber and there was a whole hair in my food. I am so disgusted right now. Hairnets are a priority as I have worked in the food industry before. This is completely unacceptable and repulsive. I called and the "manager" I spoke with said they all wear hats. Hats do not contain hair, it's hairnets! I am extremely disappointed and disgusted right now. I have attached a photo for proof. By the way, I am blonde. Do better, KFC!
