Yesterday I tried Koto and was happy for the quality. It was dine -in, and price was a bit higher than Katsu. And right now I am having 14 sashimi (7 Nigri and 7 sashimi combo) ordered for pickup from Katsu. Man, the quality is very BAD. All fish are watering, meaning that from frozen status.
