**Restaurant Review: A Disappointing Experience at Chipotle** Despite being a beloved chain, the local Chipotle has faced criticism from patrons for its service and cleanliness. Many customers reported unwelcoming staff, disorganized online ordering systems, and unappetizing dining conditions, including dirty tables and floors. Regrettably, several diners expressed frustration over incorrect orders and unsatisfactory food quality. While there were some instances of friendly and efficient service, particularly during busy hours, the overall impression was one of disappointment. Given these consistent issues, patrons are encouraged to explore other dining options in the city rather than settle for this underperforming location.
Staff is great. Food is Chipotle, so delicious. They've been out of a lot of ingredients a few times.
Came here for the new garlic gaujillo steak. There was no other customer in the place. They had been open for 15 minutes. They would not serve me the steak. It was only for online orders. They did not have any orders, but would not serve it.
I love Chipotle but this particular one was not very good. I felt like I was being rushed even though it was not a busy time and some of the employees were not very friendly. The floors were disgusting and none of the tables were cleaned, and I had to wipe one off myself so I could actually sit down. Also the chips were all crushed and barely able to be used for dipping.
This is the third time of the last four visits where they?ve been out of guacamole, fajita peppers, hot salsa, and lettuce and brown rice. I always order a veggie burrito and without those items I?m basically getting a tortilla. Incredibly disappointed? repeatedly. I understand supply chain issues and back ordering, but I?m of the sneaking suspicion that at the end of the night the staff doesn?t want to make anything after 9pm. In which case, just change your hours.
Workers were touching their face wiping nose with their gloves on then going back to making burritos with the same gloves on. Pickup order was missing multiple items. Unsanitary where they make the pick up orders. The burrito was poorly made. If I could give this location negative stars I would. Do not go here unless you want sweat and boogers in your food.
