I've been to Wald-Eck many times, be it for family celebrations, Kloatscheten or meeting others. Every time I was able to enjoy good service. Waiting for hours (literally) No one apologized. Some people who ordered lunch at 12pm didn't get it until around 2pm!! Never experienced it like that.
