I recently visited a Brahms restaurant in Springfield, Missouri, after a long day at Silver Dollar City. We had a large group of about 18 people, and everyone enjoyed their meals. I'm not the type to complain, but this was the worst experience I've ever had. There seem to be around 100 employees, but collectively, they have about 50 functioning brains. It feels like a group of kids who have no regard for customer service at all. The ice cream was disappointing and melted before I even made it out the door. View all feedback.
