Had a great birthday today for a 5 year old, sounds like a couple things could have been better (non working claw machine and no toilet paper in a bathroom stall) but those are minor concerns for what was otherwise an excellent time. Also, it was evident that the manager (or party coordinator if there is a difference) really cared, which is refreshing in the current era of customer service. Great work! View all feedback.
