After hiking the ouimet canyon and eagle suspension bridges (2 separate stops), we were starving.Lunch for 2 $20 CAD. Hearty Italian meatball soup, granola cookie, coffee. My husband had a turkey dinner sandwich with a side salad. Assortment of pastries. Free WiFi. Artwork for sale. The local artsy coffee shop. View all feedback.
Definitely a rare find in the area. Very good sandwiches and coffees. Wife had the chicken cesar wrap and raved about it and I went with the signature rice bowl with chicken. Both healthy alternatives and delicious. Other group members had pizzas. Our espresso based...coffees were superb (my first espresso find between Sault Ste Marie and Thunder Bay as it's a rare commodity in these parts, more rarer than the amethysts). Only reason for a and not a star was seating options that were limited, still not allowed inside, which was a surprise but could be due to lack of available staff. Our group sat on the picnic benches outside (luckily available at the time) which was great as it was a beautiful day. I have a feeling we will be back, although I am reading on TA it is currently closed, please check before going.
My husband and I stopped here on our drive from Marathon to Thunder Bay. Great little place offering a nice fresh alternative. I had the chicken wrap and my husband had the BLT. Friendly service and a nice little outdoor area to eat!
Friendly staff! Delicious chicken red pepper wrap and ceasar wrap! Yummy cookies too. Will stop by on our drive back, I highly recommend!
After hiking on a rainy day, this was the perfect stop to warm up and have a delicious soup. Tables marked with clean/dirty sign, easy to social distancing as well.
We were van camping and cooking most meals found this jewel and had the best “basic” breakfast. Thick bacon- awesome! The staff was friendly and answered some questions we had about the area. We bought cranberry oatmeal cookies to go- to die for. Ready...to drive miles again just for the cookies!!
